My grandchild and I planned an over-night get-away and selected this hotel. What a delight! Warm cookies and fresh fruit for us in the lobby, free breakfast, spacious room with free Wi-Fi, refrigerator and microwave, DVD player, comfortable king-sized bed - with fitted bottom sheet so bed linens stayed neat and soft quilt, room only 3 doors from the well-maintained indoor pool ... we loved it! The TV remote was not working, staff member brought us a new one immediately! Front desk staff was warm and welcoming, cleaning staff member was helpful. Only thing - heater/AC unit in room was a bit noisy. We had a wonderful time!

front desk help not professional or helpful, breakfast was great, note no security cameras and was noisy with boys sport teams . when we were checking out one of the guests came in announcing her car window had been smashed and car was robbed during night , front desk clerk seemed to have cared less. felt sorry for the lady as she was facing a hassle having to call police.located close to restaurants and shopping but parking lot is unprotected.

The room itself was clean and the beds comfortable. The breakfast was above average. The hotel was full of youth sports teams during our stay. Kids ran sreaming through the halls until midnight. The heater controls did not work properly and the temperature could only be regulated with the air conditioner on (in February!)

The hotel was clean. The room was clean and comfortable. The cleaning staff were pleasant and hard working after a weekend of teen athletes filling every floor, yet they stopped to assist us when we needed it. The breakfast was good and we enjoyed staying in touch with home through the on-site internet service. Sadly, we were there for my dad's funeral, but it was nice to hear the kids laughing when we came back to the hotel. We will be back for more pleasant visits and when we return, we plan to stay at Country Inn & Suites!

Positives:This was my first time ever staying at a country inn and suites. Wow, very nice! They had great breakfast, wireless internet, incredible beds, and very clean. You will get very good quality for a low price. Flat screen tvs and granite counters in every room make this hotel look expensive. The location was very good, right next door is friday's resturaunt. The staff for the most part was very nice, and hard working. Very classy and excelently designed. Negatives: There weren't to many negatives. When I was there, the pool was closed down the first day, and the spa a couple days later.That wasn't good because I love to swim. Also the chemicals that were used to clean the rooms and the floor affected my alergies. If you are allergic to pine sol, or have bad reactions to it, don't ask for room service. The last problem was that the fitness room was kind of small, and I couldn't enter it. Every time I swipped my key, I couldn't get in. Overall: My overall experience was very nice. I would definetly recommend this hotel chain, or even just the hotel to anyone.
